Jade Leahy

Associate Consultant, Organisational Development

Jade brings service re-design, project, research and grant management experience having worked for public bodies including the NHS and police, legal firms, national charities.

She offers research and SROI and engagement skills to clients. Jade completed her first degree at the University of Exeter and her postgraduate Management Diploma at Warwick University.

Jade has worked within business change across the public sector, using systems thinking and business process re-engineering skills to deliver cultural and delivery improvements through transformative change. Having transferred to the VSCE sector, Jade expanded her career to grant management and fundraising, working with  house hold names, such as the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) and  Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.  For Guide Dogs Jade managed a successful programme funding programme which included multi-year and international bids, as well as the development of innovative research projects such as a PTSD assistance dog programme.

When not at work, Jade enjoys horse riding and dog walking. She’s a keen podcaster and has recently published a children’s book to raise funds for charity.

Jade completed her first degree at the university of Exeter and her postgraduate Management Diploma at Warwick University. She is a fluent French and German speaker and trained translator.
