Fiona provided Project Management services to the national charity to establish a Strategy & Transformation Directorate.
The Brief
To oversee design options for the new directorate’s capabilities and the mobilisation of the directorate, merging cross-directorate teams to improve the organisation’s multidisciplinary approach to delivery and business planning. Responsibilities included managing project documentation and decision gates, facilitating interviews and workshops with leadership teams to map opportunities, risks, capabilities, ways of working, processes, and design options appraisal.
The Result
Assisted the Executive Director by facilitating design sprints and consultation with dozens of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the evolution of the charity's Target Operating Model. Also delivered early support to assist Citizens Advice to adopt a living strategy underpinned by a more equitable lens.
