Fiona supported ABF to appraise a range of CRMs, select a new supplier, cleanse data and managed the data migration to Salesforce.
The Brief
The charity had experienced significant issues with their CRM provider, negatively affecting on case management and impact tracking. Fiona has brought in to help them map their requirements, identify alternative systems and undertake supplier quality checks. Fiona also assisted with the migration between CRMs.
The Result
ABF were able to successfully migrate to a new CRM before the end of their existing contract, and secured a lower cost contract with additional functionality using a Salesforce CRM provider, with a bespoke build. Fiona also provided the team with additional templates and guidance to improve their approach to GDPR and data protection and cyber security.
