Fundraising and options review of a replacement CRM.
The Brief
The charity needed to migrate to a new CRM, requiring funding to cover the custom build and migration. The charity had selected the new CRM provider prior to appointment so Fiona provided support to identify the technical and functional scope of the selected CRM, and was tasked to secure funding to cover the costs of the new software and IT (tablets) to support new ways of working.
The Result
Funding was successfully secured to support the implementation of the new CRM, deliver training and embed new digital ways of working with the support of tablets.
