The Brief
Fiona providing training and technical mentoring support to cohorts of leaders on the Avocado Plus and Avocado Lite executive programmes. These programmes provide organisational development support to leaders of small nonprofits led by leaders experiencing racial injustice.
The Result
Fiona has provided governance reviews, strategic planning, fundraising training and bid reviews to 8 small enterprises, receiving excellent feedback for providing insightful, skilled and technical advice and guidance, supporting to improve leaders’ financial literacy, approach to management information and building confidence and knowledge.
