Managing this Greater Manchester community hub where local businesses and organisations can connect, share knowledge, and access tailored support and opportunities. The platform’s core objective is to foster growth, create jobs, and improve lives across GM by facilitating engagement, business support, and capacity‑building resources.
The Brief
Oversee the development and launch of an online community to support Greater Manchester's social economy to share knowledge, access help, and build community.
The Result
More than 220 social economy members have joined the community, over 50 accessing business support, and members have identified suppliers and buyers. The second phase of the programme is focused on building out the technology to become inclusively owned, with a focus on strengthening a market place to support the circular economy.
